Let’s take a few patented details here, as the snap-in mechanism of most components into the extruded, anodized and well-designed aluminum profile. The bearing-housings, the photo-sensors, the cables, the control-boxes, the end-covers the fixations for cables are all clicked in the formed rips without any screw. This is fast and partly automatic possible. Only the BLDC motors per zone are fixed with 2 screws.
The clou is, that all elements are installed by simply snap-in inside the pre-formed profiles and closed with the outer streamline designed cover-profile. This gives the entire conveyor system a unique, elegant, and futuristic style. All modules, including curves, up-and-down conveyor lines, and built-in diverters or transfer tables, have the same appearance from the outside. The newly developed belt conveyors also fit into this sleek design.

Everything was engineered completely new, simple and patented. A conveyor design that gives the entire system a consistently elegant and futuristic aesthetic while also enabling significant cost savings in both manufacturing and on-site installation.
